Jesmond Executive Villas is a modern, comfortable place to stay for short or long term visits. With a selection of one bed studio to family rooms we can provide a home away from home for you and or your family on any work, holiday or recreational visit to Newcastle.

The apartments are conveniently located directly across from Stockland Jesmond shopping centre and Jesmond Hotel. The apartments are also approximately 10 minutes to the Newcastle Entertainment Centre and Hunter Stadium and, 20 minutes to Newcastle CBD and Honeysuckle precinct.

Directions when travelling from the south (Sydney)

If you are travelling to Jesmond Executive Apartments by car, we are located 10-15 minutes from the Pacific Motorway (M1).
  1. From the M1, take the Newcastle Link Road exit. This turns into the Hunter Expressway (M15).
  2. The Hunter Expressway (M15) becomes the Newcastle Link Road (A15).
  3. Follow Newcastle Link Road (A15) becomes Thomas Street until the roundabout.
  4. Take a right on the round-a-bout continuing on Newcastle Road (A15).
  5. Follow Newcastle Road (A15) for 1km, passing through the lights at Bluegum Road Jesmond. (Jesmond Hotel and Hungry Jacks are on opposite sides of the street). Stay in the right hand lane.
  6. On the large roundabout, drive around the roundabout so that you are heading back in opposite direction.
  7. Move immediately into the left hand lane.
  8. The Jesmond Executive Villas’ entrance is on your left before the traffic lights.

Directions when travelling from the North:

  1. Driving south on the Pacific Highway (A1) from Heatherbrae.
  2. Stay in the left lane and travel over Hexham Bridge.
  3. Turn left at the lights after Hexham Bridge onto Old Maitland Road (A43).
  4. Once you pass Hexham McDonalds move into the right lane.
  5. When the road widens to four lanes slide right into the right turn lanes.
  6. Turn right onto the Newcastle Inner-City Bypass (A37).
  7. Continue along Newcastle Inner City Bypass, Sandgate.
  8. Move into the right lane approaching down to the end of A37.
  9. Slide into the right turn lane of the ramp at the roundabout.
  10. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Newcastle Rd, Jesmond.
  11. Move immediately into the left hand lane.
  12. The Jesmond Executive Villas’ entrance is on your left before the traffic lights.

Public Transport, Taxi and Airport Transfer

Regular public transport is available from the bus stop at Stockland Jesmond or on Newcastle Road.

Public transport is provided by frequent buses. Download the Newcastle bus network map and use the bus trip planner or use Google Maps to plan your journey.

Opal cards are required to travel on a bus and are available for purchase or top-up from Woolworths Jesmond.

Newcastle Taxis operate 24 hours a day and will take you anywhere you need to go in Newcastle. Tel: 131 008

We are located approximately 30-35 minutes from the Newcastle Airport. Airport transfers can be pre-arranged by contacting reception.
