Clean. Friendly. Accommodating
Something went wrong with our booking from a third-party site but we’re glad that the staff of Jesmond Executive Villas accommodated us and our two dogs. The staff were very helpful and the suite given to us was very clean, modern, and comfortable. I rarely give 5 star ratings to places I’ve been to but this one deserves an exemption.
Conveniently Located
I love how Jesmond Executive Villas is conveniently located. Public transport to Charlestown, CBD, Uni, and John Hunter Hospital are readily accessible from the hotel. Stockland is just a few minutes’ walk too! Great accommodation as always.
Fabulous!
The staff of Jesmond Executive Villas are very accommodating and friendly. We’re glad that we don’t have to pay extra for kids as long as they use the existing beds in the room. The accommodation included free use of the pool and bbq areas. There are several shops across the street too! Fabulous location! Fabulous staff!
Highly Recommended!
Amazing apartment! The room looks modern and fully furnished with all our needs for a one-night stay. The bathroom is fixed with hand held fittings, the room comes with three large TVs, as well as a central remote for air conditioning and lighting. No need to worry about lost keys or getting locked out of the room as room entry is done with a login number that you receive in a text message. Beds were very comfortable, and shutters and blockout curtains provide the privacy you need.
Very Accommodating!
I was very happy to be booked into a luxurious apartment-style room for only an additional $50. I booked a room for 7 nights, 3 of which was with my sister. The staff were kind enough to upgrade my stay for the remainder of my booking for only a small fee. I love it! Jesmond Executive Villas just got themselves a return customer!
Helpful and Friendly Staff!
The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The rooms look modern and furnishings in the room and kitchen reflects quality craftsmanship. There’s also a spa in the bathroom, which is an added bonus.

Pet Friendly!
The staff of Jesmond Executive Villas have been very helpful and accommodating. The rooms are clean, and the bed and pillows are soft and comfortable. The accommodation is pet friendly too! I’m glad that they allowed Willow (my cat) to stay in the room with me.

Jesmond Executive Villas is centrally located in Newcastle. A great location if you work around the city! The apartments look modern and the furnishings were of high quality. Very tidy rooms!
